Google Apps mailing list service does not set reply-to option?

I use Google Apps for offering some mailing list. Yesterday, I replyed a mail on gmail , but the mail I sent was not delived another mail of mine. Then I checked the header of mails sent to mailing list I made. So I found the reply-to option does not exist on header. hummmm.

After that, I checked Google Apps's configuration, but there no setting point for reply-to addintional header. I can't believe it. How should I do??

　という訳で、Google Apps（Google アプリ 独自ドメイン向け ）でメーリングリストを運用していると、ヘッダーにreply-toが付きません。なんでも、欧米ではreply-toをつける方が一般的ではないという話を聞いたことがあります。でも、日本ではそんな習慣は無いので、自分も含め困っています。なんとかならないものでしょうかねぇ。
